Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, dock areas, yard areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage;
Monitor access points and visitor or driver activity, verify credentials and/or documentation as required, and report irregularities according to site procedures;
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to supervision and/or site contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders
