Security Officer - Residential Courtesy Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns.;
Monitor alarm panels, access control points, and video surveillance systems, and report unusual activity per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.;
Complete detailed reports and shift logs, communicate updates during post handoff, and assist with access requests and deliveries in accordance with site guidelines.
