Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer and truck areas, parking lots and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points by verifying identification and/or badges, maintaining visitor and vendor logs, and directing drivers and guests to designated areas per site policy;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, monitor cameras and alarm panels when assigned, and communicate observations to management and site personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed
