Security Officer - CRE Patrol Clearance Required

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial property setting.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and support visitor management by verifying identification where required, directing guests to appropriate areas, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical response coordination, alarm activations, and tenant concerns, while following post orders and escalation guidelines.;
Complete detailed written reports and shift logs, and communicate notable activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership using approved reporting tools and radio/phone protocols.
