Iron Watch Security is looking for a Field Supervisor who is responsible for supporting field operations by ensuring coverage during vacancies, conducting site visits, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in quality control, officer performance, and client satisfaction across designated regions.

• Coverage Support:
  • Assist in filling posts during vacancies.
  • Stand post until coverage is secured.
• Site Visits & Compliance Checks:
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure operational standards.
  • Conduct uniform inspections and enforce dress code compliance.
  • Administer knowledge tests to officers, verifying understanding of post orders and ERP (Emergency Response Plans).
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Ensure officers are awake, alert, and performing assigned duties correctly.
• Regional Oversight:
  • Focus primarily on Central and North regions for operational support.
• Other Duties:
  • Complete additional tasks as outlined by management to support field operations.

• Prior supervisory experience in security or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (AM & PM shifts).
• Knowledge of post orders and emergency response protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
