The RoleWe're looking for hungry, motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who can start conversations that matter. Your mission? Connect with potential merchants, understand their pain points, and set qualified appointments for our field sales team. You'll be the critical first touchpoint in relationships worth building. This isn't about reading scripts robotically. It's about genuine conversation, active listening, and creating value from call one.
WhatYou'll Do
- Execute Multi-Channel Outreach:
Use a mix of phone, email, and social touchpoints to engage qualified business owners nationwide. - Consultative Discovery:
Conduct high-level conversations to qualify leads and uncover opportunities for our field sales team. - Master the Tech Stack:
Leverage industry-leading CRM and sales engagement tools (Hub Spot, IRIS, etc.) to manage your pipeline with precision. - Collaborative Strategy:
Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and dominate new markets. - Professional Growth:
Participate in weekly and daily ‘huddles’/coaching sessions designed to turn you into a top-tier negotiator.
- 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience (or equivalent) is great, but we value grit and a “win-the-day” attitude above all else
- Confident phone presence and communication skills
- You enjoy hitting (and smashing) daily/weekly activity goals
- Coachable mindset with a drive to improve
- Comfort with CRM systems and sales technology
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive spirit
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or others)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B sales
- Track record of exceeding quota
Compensation:$40,000–$46,800 base + uncapped commission and performance bonuses
