We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Residential Account Manager to help more golfers experience GOLFZON in their own homes.
The Residential Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of GOLFZON simulators within the residential market. This role focuses exclusively on home customers and requires a blend of consultative selling, relationship management, and technical understanding. You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless, high-quality simulator installations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads from homeowners, builders, and design partners.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from initial inquiry and space evaluation to proposal, installation coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
- Conduct virtual and on-site consultations to assess space requirements and recommend optimal simulator configurations.
- Partner with internal operations, installation, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer communications within the CRM.
- Stay up to date on GOLFZON products, golf industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent GOLFZON at residential-focused events and trade shows as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in high-end residential sales, home technology, luxury goods, or golf-related products.
- Proven success with consultative or solution-based selling to individual consumers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Passion for golf or familiarity with golf simulator technology strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally to client sites (20–40%).
