Maintenance Technician
Location: Chantilly, VA (On-Site)
Kelly is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a top-rated manufacturing company in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Install and commission new equipment following safety guidelines
- Repair and maintain mechanical and electronic equipment
- Coordinate repairs and inspections with production staff
- Collaborate with Health & Safety to ensure legal compliance
- Track equipment performance indicators
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance or a related field
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Manual dexterity for handling tools and components
- Visual inspection and reading skills
- Must wear PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves) in designated areas
- Starting pay: $24/hour
- Shift 1:
Mon, Tue, Wed — 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Shift 2:
Sun, Mon, Tue — 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. ($2.50/hour shift incentive)
