We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design projects within the MEP space. This role involves managing scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Manage technical, schedule, and budget aspects of multiple projects.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and subcontractor agreements.
• Mentor and support project team members for optimal performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field OR 10+ years of AEC project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and project financials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
• PMP certification and government contracting experience a plus.
• Eligible for Top Secret Clearance highly desirable.
