Platform & Technical Support (Secondary / Developmental Focus)

  • Assist engineers with routine platform tasks such as documentation updates, configuration validation, and inventory tracking
  • Support non-production or low-risk activities in AWS and Azure under supervision (e.g., account hygiene, tagging validation, permissions review support)
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint site organization, permissions management, and content updates
  • Help test workflows, scripts, or automation developed by the engineering team (no independent production changes)

Learning & Professional Development

  • Gain exposure to enterprise cloud platforms, identity and access management, and platform governance practices
  • Learn how large-scale IT programs are planned, tracked, and reported in an enterprise environment
  • Participate in team ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in enterprise IT, platform engineering, or technical program management
  • Prior internship, lab, or coursework involving cloud or systems administration
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with technical learning opportunities
  • Willing to ask questions and follow established processes in a regulated enterprise environment

  • Works closely with senior platform and cloud engineers
  • Receives structured guidance, task prioritization, and regular feedback
