Senior Targeter

Senior Intelligence Targeter with deep expertise in counter terrorism, network analysis, and national security operations to support high-impact intelligence missions. The ideal candidate will bring over two decades of regional, technical, and strategic targeting experience, team leadership, and a strong analytical mindset. This position offers the opportunity to drive global operations, lead analytical efforts, and provide decision-makers with actionable intelligence.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of all-source intelligence to identify high-value individuals, networks, and operational vulnerabilities.
• Develop comprehensive target packages and identify avenues for operational access.
• Drive strategic targeting efforts in support of global counter terrorism and counterintelligence missions.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts in a high-tempo environment, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Fuse intelligence from SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and financial data to support national security objectives.
• Brief senior stakeholders and operational personnel on complex targeting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across interagency partners to build strategic relationships and support joint operations.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in national security, intelligence analysis, and operational targeting
• Proven experience leading teams and managing analytical operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in counter terrorism, counterintelligence, and regional threat analysis
• Working knowledge of government intelligence platforms, geospatial and mapping tools, full motion video, and OSINT methodology
• Exceptional briefing, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with financial intelligence and cryptocurrency investigations
• Prior work with both government and commercial sector clients
• Certifications in Chainalysis Reactor and Cryptocurrency Fundamentals
• Experience with telecommunication analysis, geospatial libraries, and open-source targeting frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
