Hardware Support Analyst​/Entry Level

We’re hiring an Entry Level Hardware Support Engineer for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Virginia with a rapidly growing managed IT services company that supports enterprise and mid‑sized clients across multiple industries. This role is 100% client‑facing and hands‑on, supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise hardware environments across Windows and Linux platforms. This is a full‑time position with long‑term growth potential.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, and mobile devices
• Ability to physically repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite full‑time in a client‑facing role
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)
• Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting
• Authorized to work in the US full‑time

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification
• Experience imaging devices and deploying hardware
• Exposure to Active Directory or ticketing systems
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments
• Previous internship or help desk experience
