We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed orientated Service Now Developer, capable of designing and developing new software products and enhancing existing software. The developer will be a member of an Agile team responsible for developing and maintaining Service Now solutions, implementing best practices, and delivering consistent and reliable software.

** DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES:*
* + Contribute to the development of business process solutions within the Service Now framework, while maintaining use of best practices.

+ Customize Service Now applications and facilitate rollout of both new applications and application customization.

+ Create and design application tables within Service Now platform.

+ Customize the Application UI and workflow.

+ Deliver new services via the service portal.

+ Develop solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular

JS or required developmental language.

+ Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and Agile team ceremonies.

+ Analyze system requirements, estimate the level of effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement Service Now solutions.

+ Support the requirements definition and application testing processes.

+ Support requirements for system certifications, including security.

+ Investigate application issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them quickly.

+ Develop reports according to ongoing customer needs.

+ Maintain the Service Now environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact.

The likely salary range for this position is $138,063 - $186,791. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
