On our team, you’ll play a critical role to advance national security. You’ll work on a team with other highly skilled professionals to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate our customer’s needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so you’ll research new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going.

On our team, you’ll learn how to take a critical approach to system or software integration, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. We help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices in cyber engineering and operations.

Join our team as we improve and define cyber engineering and cybersecurity for our US government clients.

What You’ll Work On:
  • Review technical write-ups and provide understanding of operation and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including development, operations, and review and triage.
  • Create and optimize business process flows to improve efficiency, provide status, and enhance overall coordination across stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including vulnerability reports, process flows, and technical guides.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to prioritize and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a high‑level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
You Have:
  • Experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, or Visio Dev Ops tools
  • Experience working across multiple teams and client components to foster collaboration and drive results
  • Knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create and optimize process flows
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with IT project management, or 4+ years of experience with IT project management in lieu of a degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
