• Requirements Definition:
  Define and translate business requirements into functional, user, and system requirements, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Lead requirement gathering sessions, working closely with customers and stakeholders to document user stories for development teams.
• Cross-functional Liaison:
  Serve as the primary contact for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and collaborate with QA testers and developers during system testing.
• System Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive regression and targeted testing for new software capabilities.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  Support the client throughout the UAT process, including defect management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements capture management and analysis across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• At least 3 years of experience in web application development projects.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to both management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
• Ability to work independently while interacting with government and non-government stakeholders at various levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

• Experience with Agile methodology and frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft TFS, Jira, and AWS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating visual documentation.
• Agile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$86,600 - $181,800
