We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our mission‑driven team supporting a high impact project in support of a mission focused customer. You will be leading a team of approximately ten developers, ensuring that requirements are ready for the development team to implement. You will interface with senior leadership, technical directors, mission‑oriented stakeholders, developers, and testers.

Clearance Requirement : TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Serve as focal point for the project as a jack‑of‑all‑trades and ensuring that the project team has everything needed
• Maintain awareness of every ticket entered into the ticketing system (JIRA) and ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority tasks
• Provide software demonstrations to key stakeholders
• Understand the A&A process and be able to make minor updates when needed
• Communicate with partner programs who are building APIs for the development team to consume
• Work with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure that designs are consistent and can be implemented by the development team

• Strong background in Project Management as a Scrum Master
• Strong technical background to be able to understand requirements for both front end and back end systems
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Github

• Previous software development or testing experience
• Experience interfacing with big data
• Experience with cutting edge AI solutions.
• Familiarity with 508 compliances
• Familiarity with development and deployment of applications in the Commercial Cloud Services (C2S)
• Amazon Web Services cloud environment
• Experience supporting customer's mission spaces
• Multi‑lingual to support foreign language testing
