This role operates within a secure federal environment and contributes directly to the design, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise network architectures supporting Intelligence and National Security customers. AT&T has an opening for a Network Integration Engineering Manager to support the Intelligence Sector. This position manages a team of engineers responsible for the delivery and implementation of network requirements within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the contract statement of work.

These customer requirements cover multiple segments of the enterprise infrastructure to include Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and cybersecurity related infrastructure. This is a technical manager position, requiring both network knowledge and leadership skills. Description of

Job Duties /Responsibilities:
* This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

* Leads and oversees Engineering workforce initiatives to maintain a resilience, effective, and mission-ready team within the area of responsibility.

* Manages daily operations and set performance objectives for the network engineering team.

* Ensures mapping of resources, activities, and manage as per timelines and budget constraints.

* Provides expert-level guidance for large scale enterprise network implementation standards and ongoing architectural network engineering transition, test, and evaluation activities.

* Facilitates cross-functional team collaboration and participate in the development and training of technical staff.

* Secures long-term client relationships by maintaining effective customer communications.

* Ensures internal standards and procedures are followed. Establish and maintain consistency of a system or product performance, functions, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information.
* Operates in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

* Interprets customer requirements and apply standard network design approaches for service delivery into the operational baseline.

* Develops creative and scalable solutions to address complex challenges.

* Supports the development of secure network designs including configurations that align with Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and enterprise policies.

* Provides Tier III level incident management support to subordinate TII network teams when required.

* Works closely with program and Government customer leadership to ensure the program requirements are met or exceeded within existing time frames and budget. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years, master's and 10 years, bachelor's and 12 years, associates and 14 years or HS diploma and 16 years . Required qualifications include the following:
* Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 .

* Experience specific to network engineering to include Tier III or higher network operations and/or network design and implementation.

* Prior responsibility for production network hardware and software configurations for Cisco, Brocade, and/or Juniper infrastructure.

* Network engineering and operations experience with MPLS WANs and/or similar WAN protocols, network management tools, and firewalls.
* Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting standard routing protocols in a production network, such as Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) or Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
