Overview
The SOO will be responsible for program management of multidisciplinary teams whose members have both technical and non-technical backgrounds. An ability to learn new topics and develop solutions to cutting-edge problems is required to work at this level. A successful candidate will excel in a multidisciplinary team environment, working symbiotically with members from each section of the blended team.
Responsibilities- The organization will oversee the entire process of managing human intelligence recruitment cases from start to finish.
- The organization will analyze available data to identify potential opportunities for operations use.
- The organization will build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior operations role supporting intelligence gathering and case management activities.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and editing written materials, including complex reports and correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with global stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in briefing to a wide variety of audiences and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting technical operations and initiatives.
- Strong language skills in Farsi, with experience in using the language in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated experience in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity.
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph salary and benefits information:
The likely salary range for this position is $110,043 - $148,881. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. View information about benefits and our total rewards program.
