- Manage technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirements discussions.
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
- Validate system performance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and controls.
- Developmental (0-2 years’ experience)
- Full Performance (3-5 years’ experience)
- Senior (6-10 years’ experience)
- Expert (11-15 years’ experience)
- SME (16+ years’ experience)
- Experience with Agile project management and requirements management, and sprint planning for an IT development team.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for the IT system.
- Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews.
- Test planning, execution, and validation, including UAT prior to deployment.
- Experience with system authorization and accreditation through the Sponsor’s Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, procedures, security requirements, and systems.
- Experience applying security policy and controls to systems.
