Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Support Analyst role provides Tiers 1 and 2 support on business applications and partners with the business and technical staff to support end users and customers. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, connecting with end users, and providing excellent customer service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in information technology or a related field is required.
- 0-2 years of business application technical support experience is preferred.
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical applications.
- Basic knowledge of Windows desktop, server operating system, and relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding systems and becoming a subject matter expert of certain applications is highly desired.
- Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
