As a Maximo Report Developer you will develop, document, and implement reports using BIRT and ad hoc reports within Maximo. When issues arise, you must be able to identify and implement solutions. Maintain thorough records and documentation to ensure accurate changes and implementation.

• Develop, document, and implement reports in IBM Maximo using BIRT and ad hoc reporting tools.
• Support data analysis initiatives and provide recommendations to improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate with USPS stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.

• Experience with designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications using IBM Maximo and related technologies, creating efficient, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Software Integration:
  Experience in integrating software packages and ensuring compatibility across various platforms, leveraging IBM Maximo and related tools.
• Report and Interface Development:
  Experience with developing, testing, and maintaining reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements to support EAM solutions.
• Demonstrable experience as a Technical Functional resource of IBM Maximo.
• IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration and support.
• Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance.

• IBM Maximo and related technologies, including software integration and cross-platform compatibility.
• EAM application development, report and interface development, and solution maintenance.
• Leading technical teams or projects, including guiding junior developers.
• Drive technical decisions and provide technical guidance on EAM solution development.
