* The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior level experienced Operational Systems Engineer to be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and enhancing an operational network with various interfaces providing full life cycle support to all client applications and tools to enable mission. You will maintain, schedule and execute software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations, identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues with workstations and servers, and continuous system monitoring.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, be willing to partake in group collaboration/project planning and effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels within the organization. * Building a Dev Ops pipeline using AWS, Azure, Google technologies, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD and tool like Ansible and Terraform
* Building and deploying infrastructure using Automation tools such as Linux scripting, Python, and Power Shell
* Using knowledge of APIs to design RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML as needed
* Oral and written communication skills providing design, standard operating procedures and security documentation
* Willingness to learn new technologies and help clients with their technical issues before escalating to senior staff
* Provide emergency 24x7 on-call support to mission systems as needed on a rotating basis
Qualifications:
Required:
* Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
* 7+ years' background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, Engineering, or other related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and work/military experience
* 7+ years' experience working in software engineering, application development and/or web application development and deployment
* Experience in automating installation, monitoring, and O&M tasks using Linux scripting or Python
* Experience working with Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with Cron, iptables, permissions
* Experience with OpenVPN, SELinux, Network File System (NFS) and Common Internet File System (CIFS)
* Knowledge of web services, API, REST and RPC
* Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks
* Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development and system engineering
* Experience with VMware technologies, to include vSphere 7/8, VSAN, and specifically VMware Horizon View Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
* Proficiency in data security technologies, including encryption tools, access control mechanisms, and other data-centric security tools Desired:
* System Administration and IT certification in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields

* Understanding of Windows Active Directory, as well as the ability to configure/edit Windows Active Directory and Domain Services
