Position: Senior Systems Analyst with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The position is onsite. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies, including: VMware vCenter, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager, Solar Winds, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), GEMOne, HP SANs, Certificate Services, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

* Diagnosing and resolving the performance, security, and/or technical challenges related to the platforms listed above

* Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accomplish repetitive tasks

* Participating in processes throughout all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, including submitting Change Requests

* Performing requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and integration for all platforms listed above

* Providing direction and guidance to less-experienced Systems Engineers

* Investigating and resolving operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel

* Working on project teams responsible for engineering and packaging releases to integrate within the customer's production IT environment

* Ability to travel locally up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Systems Support and/or Administration experience; an Associates degree with 7+ years or a High School Diploma with 11+ years of Systems Support/Administration experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

* DoD 8570 IAT Level III/8140 level expert Certification required, ex, Security

X, CASP+ CE, CCNP CISA, or CISSP

* DoD 8570 computing environment certification required within 6 months of hire. MCSA, VCP, or equivalent

* Experience with Microsoft Windows Systems, specifically:
Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Servers;
Microsoft Windows 10; administering Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and workstation and server hardware; administering Microsoft Office 2010/2016; administering DNS, Group Policy, and PKI; administering vSphere, Horizon View, data backup, and antivirus software; basic networking including DHCP/TCPIP

* Experience with CISCO networking devices and TACLANE encryption devices

* Working knowledge of VMWare, and CISCO systems

* Willingness to occasionally work after normal duty hours (nights and weekends) to support system maintenance or service outages

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience applying security best practices from DISA and/or vendors

* Strong background with the Microsoft Office suite

* Basic networking expertise

* Experience using a Service Desk ticketing system, such as Remedy or Service Now

* ITIL Foundations certification

* Scripting experience or willingness to learn Security Clearance Requirements:
* Must hold an active TS clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years, and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
