Position: Requirements/IVV&T Engineer with Security Clearance
Title:

As a Systems Engineer, the candidate will provide the technical guidance and oversight in support of the customer's Integration, Verification/Test, Validation & Transition (IVVT) function. Candidate will support a Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the future GEOINT Ground Architecture that will provide the user community with capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data:
Lead the customer's Component-Level IVVT activities including gathering, normalizing, and inputting required data into the customer's requirements verification traceability environment and tools to support the standardized verification process, and conducting/supporting inspection event coordination and execution in order to support the sell-off of Component-Level requirements.

* Reporting:
Support Enterprise and Component-Level test planning and coordination across stakeholders, perform test-related analysis and produce metrics, and generate and review IVVT documentation and status reporting.

* Tools:
Familiarity with custom test management tools, including Test Rail.

* Requirements:
Support various requirements closure and readiness assessment events

* Environment:
Ensure IVVT work is planned in accordance with their agile processes and implementation using JIRA and Confluence tools, and will support the administration of the customer's engineering tools and environments (JIRA, Test Rail, Confluence, and custom).

* Assessment: perform assessment and consultation on various SE and IVVT functional areas and tools as needed. Work Environment:

Security Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph IC:
Experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: the IC acquisition and requirements processes, execution of requirements derivation, decomposition and sell-off; software test planning, management, execution, integration, and reporting Systems:
Experience providing full-lifecycle systems engineering and integration (SE&I) support for complex systems Collaborate:
Experience and ability to work collaboratively with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries Teams:
Great customer teaming skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams Communication:
Accomplished written communicator and public speaker Tasking:
Ability to organize, schedule, and accomplish a wide variety of tasks Mission:
Experience supporting sensitive mission activities MS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools:
