Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the single focal point for all project status information, activities, coordination, scheduling, risk management and issues resolution.

* Create, monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan, contract and technical performance reports, risk management plans, and transition documentation.

* Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others.

* Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders.

* Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost, schedule, technical, operation and quality.

* Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.

* Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements.

* Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders. Work Environment:

Qualifications:

Required:

* Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++

* Education:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferably in technical area

* Experience:

Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager

* Experience working with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, and system integrators

* Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.

* Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.

* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

* Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS)
