Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities.

* Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.

* Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.

* Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.

* Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality. Work Environment:

Required Qualifications:

* Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++

* Education:

Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience

* Writing

Skills:

Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

* Soft Skills:

Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Additional soft skills:
Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group Desired

Qualifications:

* Experience in Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
