Senior Dynamics CRM Admin

Herndon or Chantilly VA

Job Type: 12 Months + Contract
Responsibilities- Dynamics CRM support (for both CRM Online and CRM on premise)
- Server configuration, support and monitoring
- User and System Roll-out support
- Past experience integrating CRM with Exchange and Outlook
- Support for managing duplicates, mergers and deletions
- Routine Maintenance and upgrades for Dynamics CRM
- Experience with plug-ins for CRM
- Experience developing and modifying CRM reports
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s or equivalent
