Systems Engineer​/COTS Integrator Security Clearance

Position: Systems Engineer/COTS Integrator with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated Systems Engineer/COTS Integrator to support a dynamic and innovative program focused on Big Data infrastructure, advanced analytics, and secure cloud environments in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will help integrate, manage, and optimize a complex COTS/GOTS Sponsor tool in cloud-based and on-prem environments. You will contribute to a mission-focused team, ensuring operational integrity, system compatibility, and seamless data flow across platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Plan, test, install, integrate, and maintain current and future versions of the Sponsor tool

* Ensure consistent data flow, integrity, and backup of the deployed solution

* Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures

* Manage the full lifecycle of assigned systems and tools

* Coordinate deployments and troubleshooting efforts with external partners as required

* Design effective and secure interfaces to external systems

* Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner, following established standards and protocols

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems

* Maintain and update detailed documentation for system configurations and responsibilities

* Demonstrated self-starting ability and capacity to work independently

Minimum Qualifications
* 15+ years of related Information Technology experience

* Experience with hands-on systems administration, systems engineering, and troubleshooting experience

* Experience with Linux, Windows, and/or VMware platforms

* Strong experience with scripting to support automation and diagnostics

Preferred Qualifications
* Candidates with the following experience will be well-positioned to succeed in this role:

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse technical and mission teams

* Basic knowledge of and experience with Oracle databases

* Experience supporting complex, integrated systems and interdependent data flows
Clearance Requirements
* An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered for this position.

Physical Requirements
* Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

* The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

* Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
