This position is contingent upon contract award
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business
- Notify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisories
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvals
- Coordinate travel reservations for staff/contractors for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations
- Data entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment records
- Assist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations
- Coordinate with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment dates
- Validate incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements
Qualifications Required
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience desired
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Some travel required
