Position: Senior Infrastructure Platform Lead with Security Clearance
Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure/Platform Lead to support SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. As the Senior Infrastructure/Platform Lead you will play pivotal role that demands a unique blend of technical acumen and project management expertise.

You will be responsible for guiding infrastructure and platform initiatives, ensuring seamless operations, and managing cross-functional projects that align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities to include:
* Help guide the design, implementation, and maintenance strategy of infrastructure and platform solutions.
* Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and platform services.
* Provide management and oversight regarding end-to-end project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and project requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure and platform teams.
* Ensure the developers build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure and platform projects.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
* Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
* Maintain documentation for infrastructure processes, platforms, and project management methodologies. Qualifications Required

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and fourteen (14) years or more experience;
Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience;
PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
* Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
* Experience in infrastructure/platform management, with substantial experience in a senior or lead role.
* Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
* Strong technical background with expertise in infrastructure, cloud services, and platform technologies.
* Proven experience in project management, including managing complex IT projects.
* Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2).
* Experience supporting the IC.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional team environment.
* Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc. a PLUS!
