The Opportunity:

CCI is making a significant impact in the Intel community modernizing Human Capital Management by bringing commercial HCM capabilities to our federal customers. We are replacing a 20+ year old legacy system by modernizing the core technology, reducing the number of interdependent systems, and bringing user self-service to our customer. As a People Soft HRMS Application Developer, you will work with the newest capabilities within Oracle People Soft over the course of the multi-year program, with discussions underway to include digital chatbots to help the customer do more with less as the technology matures.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the People Soft implementation lifecycle
  • Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translate them into process/technical solutions
  • Provide technical development, utilizing People Tools, and system design skills.
  • Work with Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver features/capabilities each sprint
  • Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system
  • Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest approaches to minimize customizations
  • Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex problems
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases
  • Correct data in critical situations
  • Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts, or application process redesign
  • One (1) year of technical development experience with People Soft HRMS ERP, including recent experience with People Soft 9.x
  • Three (3) years of experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
  • One (1) year of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands
  • Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology
  • Technical development experience implementing People Soft
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
  • Work onsite in Chantilly, VA
  • Desired:

  • Experience applying management skills and technical expertise to lead projects
  • Subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas
  • Experience with design and process documentation
  • Experience with unit testing IT applications
  • Customer domain experience
  • Certified People Soft training in various modules
  • This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Applicants may be considered for other positions at CACI.

    Pay Range

    Salary is influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. The proposed salary range is: $72,700 - $149,200.
