OverviewWe are seeking a SME level Service Now Developer to join our technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform. The program supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides a seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure with Service Now at the center (hub and spoke architecture).
Infrastructure includes modern application technology including both out of box and customer solutions with orchestrated workflows and customer tool APIs. - Serve as a SME level Service Now Developer on a MBSE cloud platform supporting digital engineering information and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain Service Now components within a hub-and-spoke architecture for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure.
- Design and implement orchestrated workflows and integrate with customer tool APIs.
- Collaborate to recruit and develop top talent and solutions on a complex government program.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (FS Poly also acceptable)
- Meets DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
- Service Now Certifications
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation and Dev Sec Ops on iterative development projects
- Strong administrative/engineering rigor
- Ability to verify and validate Service Now and systems integrated with Service Now (end-to-end and regression)
- Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
- Cloud architecture and system design experience (prefer AWS; Azure considered)
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to decompose tasks for Jira stories
- Experience with basic Dev Ops tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Lab)
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) and developing automated test plans for security and functional requirements
- Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes
- Experience with Service Now Discovery, Flow Designer, and SAM
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and LDAP
- Understanding of security requirements in secure environments
- Experience configuring monitoring/visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk) with Service Now
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Cloud solution optimization
- Experience with end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and analytics tools (App Dynamics, Dyna Trace)
- Experience integrating virtualized applications and application streaming/layering techniques
- Ability to understand relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure and security
- SharePoint admin experience
- IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management experience
- Team Work Cloud/Cameo experience
- Tableau experience
