• Maintain and manage Federated Desktop Services to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for end users utilizing the Federated Desktop system.
• Deliver daily IT support to the directorate, ensuring all systems, software, and hardware operate smoothly and assist with onboarding new team members by setting up IT equipment, accounts, and access.
• Act as the primary interface with the Communications Directorate for procuring, managing, and deploying IT equipment along with communication with the MS&O team for facility-related needs and coordination.
• Handle Tier 1 IT issues across the directorate, providing initial triage and resolution.
• Support the integration of IT equipment and infrastructure in facility planning and operations.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI and to sit and pass a polygraph.
• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day IT operations and user support.
• Effective communication skills to interface with different directorates and resolve IT-related matters along with facility needs.
• Reports to Chantilly full-time, where applicable based on client needs.
