Talent Acquisition Specialist

A confidential organization supporting mission-critical government programs is preparing for a rapid workforce expansion in anticipation of a significant contract award. This individual will play a key role in supporting a large-scale transition, with responsibility for hiring a high volume of highly cleared professionals within an accelerated timeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in building a strong pipeline and delivering contingent offers aligned to program start milestones.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to support a rapid hiring initiative of approximately 80 personnel within a three-month period, contingent upon contract award.
• Proactively source, engage, and hire candidates for high-level cleared roles, including but not limited to:
  Administrative and support services, Executive support, HR, Security and program security, etc.
• Manage the offer process, including the preparation and delivery of contingent offer letters in alignment with contract transition timelines.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, priorities, and hiring deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment requiring exceptional attention to detail and discretion.

• 4–8 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional supporting high-level cleared positions.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting within the intelligence or national security community.
• Proficiency with iCIMS
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines.
• Availability to start immediately or no later than February 1.
