Job Description:
This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
OverallPurpose:
Responsible for supporting processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.
- Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Talent Acquisition earn between $106,000- $169,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
