We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their stay. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a premier extended stay hotel.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, addressing any concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
• Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
