• Provide end-user support for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically Homecare Homebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting inquiries and solutions
• Create and maintain user documentation and functional training materials
• Collaborate with project teams and serve as a liaison between team members and management
• Train end users in both classroom and web-based settings

• Bachelor s degree preferred
• 2 to 5 years of related experience in application support or end-user support
• Experience in healthcare and clinical billing systems preferred
• Proficiency in software applications, including Cerner and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with application support in vendor applications
• Familiarity with Crystal reporting tools
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy and care practices
