As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized, one‑to‑one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into everyday life. Ivy’s collaborative environment promotes multidisciplinary teamwork, mentorship while maintaining clinician autonomy and growth specific to each individual’s passions and expertise.
Responsibilities- Assess, treat, and manage pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, etc.).
- Educate parents and caregivers on skill implementation and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Exceptional support through mentorship and peer‑to‑peer learning.
