In Home Caregiver / Nursing Assistant / CNA
Right at Home is hiring In Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA certificates throughout Northern Virginia with a minimum one year homecare experience.
About the RoleOur caregivers and nursing assistants serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun. You will have the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work. Caregivers handle a variety of tasks including personal care, assistance with daily activities, and support in assisted living or private homes.
Qualifications- Certified CNA or HHA or PCA
- Minimum one year of homecare experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Base pay rate ranges between $17.50-$18.00 per hour and is associated with your certificate held (PCA, HHA, or CNA); additional pay increases for specific shifts and clients based on the outline below:
- Weekend caregiver pay increases – +$2-$4
- Couple care caregiver pay increases – +$6
- Visit rate caregiver pay increases – +$5
- Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases – +$2
- $500 sign‑in bonus upon completion of required hours
- ACA compliant health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401(k) plan with up to 5% matching
- Paid time off and holiday pay

- Travel time and mileage paid between client shifts
