FISMA and Audit Technical Lead Security Clearance

Job Overview

This position is contingent upon award. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Policy, Governance, and Compliance team and perform the activities required for the development and coordination of IT audit‑related artifacts for the business system applications.

• Develop and deliver plans, assessments, reports, and briefings to the Government to ensure that the NRO is addressing all issues relevant to FISMA and other audit compliance, such as privacy, plans of action and milestones, and Continuity of Operations.
• Develop and deliver plans, assessments, reports, and briefings to the Government to elicit the relevant technical data and ensure the accuracy and fidelity of technical data including cyber security, IT infrastructure, and networks used to support and develop FISMA and Audit reports.
• Experience using HBSS, Splunk and other audit logs tools.
• Work directly with gov't systems audit SME to ensure audit findings corrected proit to auditor's reviews.

As a functional team member, the candidate may be requested to surge in order to support tasks and projects across the broader scope according to their specific, personal expertise and capabilities.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Master's degree with 5+ years or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of demonstrated performance of the tasks above.
• Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility.
• Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience in Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Agency Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
