Position: Contract Administrator (CI Poly) with Security Clearance
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Contract Administrator with an active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly. This is for a new engagement supporting the NRO in Chantilly, VA. For immediate consideration email your resume to .
- Robbie Kissinger Five plus years of prior NRO experience is required. The Contract Administrator position provides contract-related support through all phases of contract execution (pre-award, award, administration, and pre-closeout). The Contract Administrator works in a customer‑oriented environment while serving as a business advisor in a team environment for all acquisition and contract-related Program Office needs. The Contract Administrator drafts, edits, reviews, and maintains all contractual documentation for Government review, approval, and signature, as well as provides recommendations on contract matters to Government personnel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* The ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.

* Advanced proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and standard computer applications.

* High level of initiative, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments in a timely manner.

* The ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives; and make recommendations.

* The ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective recommendations; perceive the impact and implications of recommendations; commit to action-even in uncertain situations-to accomplish organizational goals; and drive positive change.

* Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of OC Policy Documents and Office of Contracts Administrative Notices (OCAN), NRO Acquisition Manual, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Tasks
* Prepare reports and data‑call responses as directed by the CO, Team Chief, or Senior Contracting Officer.

* Interface with NRO financial management systems such as NEAR, NFIS, FIRsT, EpX Studio, and other NRO financial management tools.

* Prepare contract documentation (solicitation, award, modifications) and maintain contract files accordingly.

* Develop EPX work files, including identifying appropriate solicitation and contract clauses for CO review and signature.

* Collect and analyze relevant market information to make recommendations regarding possible sources and prepare Market Research reports.

* Make recommendations to authorized Government personnel regarding acquisition cash flow.

* Analyze customer requirements and recommend the appropriate contract type.

* Recommend appropriate contracting methods based on customer requirements.

* Make recommendations on the appropriate method of publicizing a procurement.
