Lead the civil health account’s strategic objectives and day-to-day financial management. Engage senior executives to achieve financial goals. Coordinate a 30+ person program finance team, manage bottom-up forecasting, risk, and talent assessment. Provide insights to corporate and senior leadership. Create a cohesive finance community aligned with company values.

• 10+ years in accounting and finance leadership at a high-performing company
• Experience leading finance functions with annual planning and FP&A in a services business
• Finance and accounting at a government services provider, including FAR, CAS, DCAA compliance
• Experience managing finance operations for a government services provider
• Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, Oracle preferred
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a robust team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Mergers and acquisitions experience with integration
• Boardroom presence and strong communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Projected annualized salary range: $142,900 to $266,000. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.

• Remote or hybrid: periodic work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
• Onsite: work with colleagues and clients in person as needed.
