Responsibilities- Define, document, and maintain Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), operational requirements, system requirements, and use cases to support system development
- Perform high-level system design, including specification of system and component performance requirements and interface definitions
- Develop and support installation, integration, and acceptance test plans
- Continuously assess existing organizational processes and engineering work products to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical objectives
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure delivered solutions satisfy mission and technical requirements
- Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for solutions developed by product and engineering teams
- Support systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Provide technical input to planning, risk management, and engineering decision-making activities
- Prepare and support technical documentation, reviews, and briefings for stakeholders
Physical Requirements
Education
- ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus ten (10) years of relevant experience;
OR - ABET accredited Master’s degree plus eight(8) year of relevant experience;
OR - ABET accredited Doctoral degree with six (6) years of relevant experience
- Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required
