• Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff both within a branch and within a region.
• Host or attend project meetings with clients and/or ECS staff to help provide technical solutions as requested.
• Mentor Associate Principals when requested.
• Participate in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical).
• Perform the following at the office and regional levels:
  • Oversee projects.
  • Perform technical report reviews.
  • Prepare and review proposals.
  • Assist with management of the department and P&L.
  • Develop business and assist other staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
  • Assist hiring managers to make staffing decisions.
  • Lead and coach junior staff members.
  • Perform the above duties in CMT due to low barriers between departments.

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is required in each state in which you work.
• If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.
