Trusted Space is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Systems Engineer with a bachelor’s degree or higher and 10+ years of experience to join our team.

• Supports the Program Functional Engineering Team in system engineering, requirements analysis, system integration, design, architecture, and software engineering support.
• Support technical authority over the program's technical decisions through request for change and configuration control board acceptance processes and provide technical support to multiple integrated product teams.
• Coordinate closely with program's technical team leads and product owners to develop and implement system-wide technical solutions.
• Using a holistic approach, design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
• Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning, design, and acquisition logistics.
• Generate Systems Engineering processes to support the program mission and execution, as needed.
• Ensure requirements comply with customer and tenant requirements along with government standards through formal verification methods.
• Translate high-level product development strategies into system requirement specifications, working with other engineering disciplines to develop and implement system-wide lower-level detailed technical requirements.
• Establish and coordinate development of standards, practices, and procedures related to the overall product development.
• Design, interface, and bring system elements together as a collective unit.
• Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
• Participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts with system architects.
• Coordinate updates and reviews of program CDRLs for periodic delivery.
• Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.
• Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements; participate in the testing process to validate requirements.

• An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain or maintain a polygraph, if required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field; OR a Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering related field.
• Experience in systems engineering tasks including requirements analysis, integration, design, architecture, and software engineering support.
• Experience providing technical authority over a program’s technical decisions through change control processes and supporting multiple integrated product teams.
• Ability to work with program team leads and product owners to develop system-wide technical solutions.
• Experience designing end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products across their life cycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into system requirement specifications and to develop lower-level technical requirements.
