As Metrology and Quality Referent, you will provide leadership for all activities within the laboratory, managing a team of 6 employees in the field of dimensional metrology, surface condition and digitization.

• Bac +3 to +5 technical specialization, physical measurement, testing, metrology, maintenance, mechanical engineering/manufacturing, production engineering, B-E...
• Experience +/- 4 years in metrology, three-dimensional inspection on CMM (Poly Works or Quindos software is a plus) , surface finish, digitizing, ISO dimensioning (GPS), geometric tolerancing, measurement uncertainties, SPC, R&R, capability...
• Aptitude for training, R&D, innovative group projects and team management
• Experienced in the requirements of industrial manufacturing processes and ISO, COFRAC quality/metrology standards...
• Ability to write scientific works for the general public
• Assertive temperament, leadership, management

• Good customer relations, service/advice and communication skills

• Our customer is recruiting its new Metrology, Measurement and Control Business Manager (M/F), whose challenge will be to manage the metrology business at the heart of Industry 4.0.

• As activity manager, you will lead a team of 6 employees in the field of dimensional metrology, condition and surface digitizing.
• As Metrology and Quality Referent, you will provide leadership for all activities within the laboratory.

• Metrology services and customer support
• First-level training in ISO rating, metrology, uncertainties & capabilities
• Monitoring R&D projects and collective actions
• Maintenance of COFRAC iso/CEI 17025 accreditations in the dimensional field
• Developing your laboratory's business
• Design and implementation of high value-added projects
• Qualification of incoming requests
• Allocation of projects/business according to matching needs/resources/skills
• Team support for commercial offers
• Management of material resources to optimize business efficiency/profitability
• Coordination and development of the network of industrial partners and subcontractors
• Supervision, planning and active participation in team workloads
• Motivate and unite the team to develop individual and collective performance
• Ensuring safety/optimal working conditions
• Ensure regular reporting (performance indicators, projects, activity).
