In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities include community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics management, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety drill, troubleshooting a device problem, onboarding new personnel, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work goes beyond maintaining operations—you are building trust and reliability.

What You Will Be Doing- Acting as a key point of contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Overseeing campus safety functions, including entry management, health-related incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family communication
- Supervising daily campus activities such as attendance tracking, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and general office logistics
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to ensure seamless transition into campus operations
- Administering student devices and campus technology, serving as the main on-site technology contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating in a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary at a desk performing routine, unchanging duties
- Redirecting issues to others without taking ownership or achieving resolution
Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
