You are the individual who ensures everything functions as intended. A smoothly operating campus means students feel secure, staff remain productive, and parents have confidence in the school. This position ensures that the non‑instructional components of campus life meet the same standards we apply in our classrooms.
In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities include community engagement, campus security, facility and logistical coordination, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might organize a safety exercise, troubleshoot a technology problem, onboard new personnel, or respond to a parent inquiry. Your work extends beyond maintenance—you build institutional trust.
This is an active, campus‑based role suited to someone who excels in fast‑paced settings, remains composed when challenged, and is committed to upholding a rigorous service standard. If you seek work where your choices directly influence student safety, staff productivity, and parent confidence, this role provides substantial ownership and measurable impact.
