In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your portfolio includes community engagement, campus security, facility management and logistics, and everyday technology administration. At any moment, you might be leading a safety exercise, troubleshooting a device, supporting a new hire through orientation, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your mission extends beyond maintenance—you are building institutional confidence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus security functions, including entry protocols, medical incidents, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family communication
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility coordination, transport arrangements, and front-office logistics
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to ensure seamless integration into operational workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the primary on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a confined, single-task administrative function
- Managing predictable, routine tasks from a stationary workspace
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution
Key Responsibilities
Deliver reliable, secure, and effective campus operations that continuously enhance the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and families.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facility support, site operations, or comparable operational capacity
- Proficiency with basic technology troubleshooting, device oversight, and user account administration
- Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to interact professionally with parents, staff, students, and external partners
- Capability to juggle competing priorities while preserving attention to detail
- Commitment to working on-site in Chantilly, VA
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
