This is an in-person position based at our Chantilly, VA campus.
You are the individual who ensures everything functions as it should. A campus that operates seamlessly allows students to feel secure, staff to remain productive, and parents to maintain confidence in the institution. This outcome is not accidental. In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities span community outreach, campus security, facility and logistical oversight, and daily technology coordination. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a hardware problem, onboarding a colleague, or responding to a parent inquiry. You are not simply maintaining operations—you are building trust.
This is a practical, campus-based position suited to someone who excels in fast-moving settings, maintains composure when challenges arise, and holds themselves to a high standard of execution. What You Will Be Doing- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety functions, including entry management, medical situations, emergency preparedness exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation logistics, and front-office operations
- Assisting with the orientation and preparation of new team members to facilitate seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic delivery
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating in a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Performing routine, desk-bound duties with little variation
- Delegating issues without taking responsibility for outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Maintain smooth, secure, and effective campus operations that consistently enhance the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and parents.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
